Case Facts:

The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department, Luzerne County, PA., continue their search for a suspect wanted for questioning in an Assault and Rape. On July 12, 1997, at approximately 2:00 A.M., two women were approached by the suspect while walking along North Main Street, bordering the Kings College Campus, near Jackson Street. The subject attempted to persuade the women to get into his vehicle and go for a beer. The women refused and continued walking on North Main Street. The suspect followed the women and as they entered a house on East North Street; he assaulted one woman and forced the other woman into a bedroom where he raped her.

Mid 20's
Approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall
Approximately 170 lbs. -- Medium Build
Dirty blonde hair with darker colored eyebrows -- hair appeared to be shaved in the back and on the sides
May have two professionally designed tattoos on his right forearm that were observed below the suspects short sleeve shirt -- a cross above a sailboat and a tattoo(s) of an unknown design appeared on his left arm.
Was operating a small, late model, two door, green car with rounded body style.
