Francisco "Popolo" Miranda

Case Facts:

Bethlehem Police Department and the Northampton County Sheriff 's Department, are seeking the whereabouts of Francisco Miranda, commonly referred to as "POPOLO" for Criminal Homicide and Aggravated Assault. At approximately 5:00 a.m on June 12, 1994, in a parking lot along the 600 block of Aaron Street, Bethlehem, Miranda and the victim, Jorge Valaquez are alleged to have been involved in an argument. This confrontation resulted in Valazquez's death from stab wounds he suffered to the upper chest area. Miranda fled the scene: his whereabouts are still unknown.

Miranda is a native of the Dominican Republic and is known to frequent and have contacts in New York City and Brooklyn, New York.
