Case Facts:

State College Police Department, Centre County, Pennsylvania are investigating the attempted homicide and Robbery of a Uni-Mart clerk. On February 5, 1997, an unknown male entered the Uni-Mart on East College Avenue, State College and assaulted the clerk with a tire iron. The suspect ordered the clerk to give him the money and demanded that he lay down on the floor. When the clerk refused to lay down, he was struck about the head several times with the tire iron. The victim suffered multiple head injuries and lacerations.

Description:

Between 30 - 40 Years old -- Black Male
Approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall
Between 180 - 190 lbs. -- medium build
Brown eyes
May have been wearing a mustache.
Wearing a green army field jacket, dark pants, a dark tossle cap and gloves.
