Stanely Obas and Kwame Henry

Case Facts:

The Northampton County Sheriff's Department, Easton Pennsylvania, are currently seeking the whereabouts of Stanley Obas and Kwame Henry for Criminal Homicide, Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault and Criminal Conspiracy. On or about July 28, 1996, Richezza Williams, a 13 year-old runaway from New York, was reportedly tortured and killed in the basement of a residence a long the 700 block of Bushkill Street, Easton, Pennsylvania. Williams' body was reportedly removed from the house in a kerosene heater box: the badly decomposed body was later discovered on August 10, 1996, in an old storage vault at Easton Cemetery. The investigation led to the issuance of homicide warrants for Corey "Lemon" Maeweather AKA: Corey Wallace, Kwame Henry AKA: Kwame Simons and Stanley "Wildman " Obas AKA: Neil Stevenson. Maeweather was arrested on August 12, 1996: Henry and Obas have been fugitives since the issuance of the warrants, and have reportedly made statements that they will not be taken without a fight. Both suspects have extensive criminal records and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Obas and Henry were last known to reside in Brooklyn, New York, where they were alleged to have been involved in the sale of powder and crack cocaine.
