Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward UP TO $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest of a Robbery Suspect whose identity is still unknown. An additional $2,500.00 in reward money is being offered by Boscov's Department Store for information leading to the arrest of this felon.

Exeter Township Police Department, Berks County, Pennsylvania, are seeking the identity of the individual responsible for the Robbery and Assault of a Boscov's Security Officer. On December 19, 1996 at approximate7y 12:50 PM, the guard was attempting to transport a large amount of cash in a bag to Boscov's Distribution Center. As he exited the rear of Boscov's East at 4500 Perkiomen Avenue, Exeter, and attempted to get into his car, he was approached by an unknown male who stated he was lost and asked for assistance. The guard was sprayed in the face with tear gas as the suspect seized the money. The suspect escaped in a stolen gold Jeep operated by an unknown accomplice; the Jeep was later recovered in Cumru Township, Berks County.
