Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward up to $ 1,000.00 for information that leads to the arrest of   Michael Angel Rios.

The Pennsylvania State Police in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, are seeking the whereabouts of Michael Angel Rios for Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse. In October 1992, Rios conspired with a female companion to bring his 14 year old victim to Harrisburg for a weekend. As a result of this incident, Rios was convicted of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse. He was released on bail, but failed to appear for sentencing. Rios is also wanted in connection with drug charges and additional warrants have been issued.

Authorities advise RIOS previously worked as a truck driver and dishwasher, and is also known to enjoy dancing at night clubs and bars.

Rios has family and friends in Lebanon County and in the city of Allentown. He is known to be familiar with the New Oxford area of Adams County.
