Andrew C. Evans is a wanted Air Force Deserter who officially deserted on Thursday, August 13, 2009.  The suspect was last stationed at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.  Andrew C. Evans was in the Air Force Security Forces.   
 
The suspect is believed to be in Pennsylvania, possibly driving a Blue 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix Sedan with Pennsylvania registration.  The suspect is known to frequent Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, San Antonio, Texas, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, and Ebensburg, Cambria County, Pennsylvania.
