PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO AN ARREST IN A CASE OF HOMICIDE.

The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop B, Waynesburg continue to investigate a Homicide that occurred in Franklin Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania.

On Friday, November 21, 2008, the Pennsylvania State Police were called to the scene of a fire at 1314 North Liberty Street, Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Fire fighters discovered the body of Noble A. Wine inside the residence.

An autopsy was conducted concluding that Mr. Wine died from a gunshot wound. Further investigation revealed the fire was set intentionally.
