Philadelphia continue their search for Robert Rivera.
In October, 2003, after being found guilty of Burglary, Roberto Rivera was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 1 year and 2 months to 2 years and 3 months. In October, 2005, Roberto Rivera was accepted in the pre-release program with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and was transferred from SCI-Dallas to the Gaudenzia-DRC at 229 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Rivera was to remain at this facility until paroled, transferred, or until completion of sentence. On January 7, 2006, after being away from the facility for the day, Roberto Rivera was given a Blood Alcohol (BAC) test which revealed a BAC of 0.14 - a urine test was requested; Roberto Rivera refused and attempted to leave the facility. At 7:30 p.m., a count was conducted at the facility with Roberto Rivera unable to be located. Roberto Rivera's last known address was 2662 North Palethorp Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
