The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop B, Pittsburgh Station, continue their search for Andre Tye Berry.

On October 16, 2007, at 8:00 a.m., Andre Tye Berry signed out of the Renewal Inc. Facility on Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania for work release at Eweir and Associates, 5907 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Berry called into the Renewal Facility from the work site at 6:00 p.m. on October 16th. At that time, Mr. Berry was instructed to report back to the Renewal Facility immediately. Mr. Berry failed to report back to the Renewal Facility.

Mr. Berry was serving time for Possession with Intent to Deliver and is a suspect in a Homicide in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Berry's last known address was 207 South 1st Street, Duquesne, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Also of note, Mr. Berry has two prosthetic legs.
