| The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop C, Kane
Station continue their search for Percy Charles Doner.
Percy Doner is required to register for his lifetime
under Megan's Law for violating New York Law of Sexual Misconduct.
Mr. Doner failed to register a change of address when
he moved from 30 Bon Air Road, Derrick City, McKean County, Pennsylvania
to 15 Hopper Lane, Eldred, McKean County, Pennsylvania. He
has since vacated the Eldred residence also.
Mr. Doner was convicted of this offense August 31, 2006
which makes this arrest a second and subsequent offense and a felony
of the first degree.
Mr. Doner has been known to frequent the areas of Kill
Buck and Salamanca, New York. He may also be in area of 1200 block
of Eleven Mile Road, Shinglehouse, Potter County, Pennsylvania.
