The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop N, Hazleton continue
their search for John Aviles.
On April 26, 2004, John Aviles stole a credit
card from a customer at his place of employment in Hazle Township, Luzerne
County, Pennsylvania and used the card to make several purchases. John
Aviles was arrested and charged for theft and unlawful use of the credit
card. Mr. Aviles failed to appear at District Court and a warrant
was issued. Mr. Aviles was subsequently apprehended and detained
at Luzerne County Correctional Facility. Mr. Aviles was later
released on bail and failed to appear for Luzerne County Court. There
are currently two outstanding bench warrants on John Aviles for failure
to appear at county court for theft related offenses.
Mr. Aviles has worked as a mechanic and has been known
to use illicit drugs.
Mr. Aviles last known address was 781 McKinley Street,
Hazleton, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. He is also known to frequent
the areas of Hazleton City, Wilkes Barre City, and New York City.
Mr. Aviles was born in Mexico and speaks fluent Spanish.
