The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop B, Washington continue their investigation in the disappearance of David Ronald Hart.
 
On September 24, 1993, at 7:00 a.m., David Hart was dropped off for work, by his mother, at Walker Lane, South Franklin Township, Washington County.
 
David Hart never returned home and has not been heard from by any family members.
 
He was last seen wearing work boots, blue jeans, and dark colored shirt.
 
His last know address was 3285 Park Avenue, Washington, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
 
Extensive investigation has lead to the development of persons of interest
