The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop J, Avondale, are investigating multiple Arson fires that occurred in East Nottingham Township and Oxford Borough, Chester County, Pennsylvania. On Monday, May 28, 2007, a fire occurred at a house under construction on Waterway Road, East Nottingham Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The partially constructed residence was a complete loss. The estimated fire loss was $60,000. On Tuesday, June 5, 2007, a fire was discovered in a dumpster at the Nottingham Elementary School on Garfield Street, Oxford Borough, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The estimated fire loss was $2,000. On Thursday, June 14, 2007, a fire occurred at a residence on Commerce Street, Oxford Borough, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The fire originated on the front porch of the residence. The estimated fire loss was $10,000. Another fire occurred on Commerce Street on Sunday, June 17, 2007. This fire originated in a detached garage, with an estimated loss of $50,000.
