PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000 FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE WHEREABOUTS OF THIS ESCAPEE.
The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop A, Kiski Valley, continue to search for Shawn Richard Irvin. 
 
On Saturday, June 16, 2007, Shawn Richard Irvin failed to return to the Alle-Kiski Pavilion, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania after being given a home pass from 8:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.  Mr. Irvin is to have used public transportation from the facility and was to travel to 2926 Parkdale Avenue, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.  Mr. Irvin was serving the remainder of his sentence for Terroristic Threats out of the Allegheny County Court.
 
Mr. Irvin's last known address was 2936 Parkdale Avenue, Apartment # 1, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County.  Mr. Irvin is also known to frequent these Pittsburgh, Allegheny County locations: 434 Olivet Avenue and 732 Bayridge Avenue.
