The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop C, DuBois continue their search for Darryl Lynn Higgins who is wanted for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
 
Between April 17 and April 30, 2007, Darryl Higgins sold Heroin and Fentanyl in the City of DuBois, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.  The drugs were packaged and labeled with "Top Secret" and "New Era".
 
The last known address for Mr. Higgins was 107 East DuBois Avenue, DuBois, Pennsylvania.  He is also known to frequent the Sykesville Borough area of Jefferson County, Pennsylvania.
 
Mr. Higgins is also wanted by Pennsylvania State Parole Officers for violating terms of his parole.
