The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop G, Hollidaysburg are investigating a Robbery that occurred in Martinsburg Borough, Blair County, Pennsylvania.
On Thursday, November 30, 2006, an unknown man entered the Omega Financial Corporation in Martinsburg Borough. He displayed a handgun and demanded money from the bank employees. The suspect received a quantity of money and fled the bank through the front door and was last seen running away from the bank in a southeast direction.
The lower portion of the suspect's face was covered with a gray scarf. He was wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, dark colored gloves, which all appeared to be in newer condition.
The suspect's speech was clear and distinct; appearing nervous but polite. After asking a customer if money on the counter was hers; he allowed her to keep it. He carried a brown bag with string handles and was specific in his demands to the tellers.
The handgun was black in color, semi-automatic with a large frame.
