The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop G, Hollidaysburg continue their investigation of an Indecent Assault that occurred in Blair County, Pennsylvania. On Thursday, April 20, 2006 at apx. 8:15 p.m. an unknown man entered the Hair Care Specialists business located at Townes Edge Plaza along Rt. 164, Taylor Township, Blair County, Pennsylvania. As the victim was closing the business for the evening, the suspect began grabbing and pulling the victim toward him; at which time the victim pepper sprayed the suspect. He fled the business running behind Long's Outpost building. The suspect was wearing dark blue jeans and a blue green pattern flannel shirt. His right ear is pierced with a silver ball in it.
