The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop B, Belle Vernon continue their search for Frank Tarr.
 
On Sunday, January 14, 2007, at apx 2:00 a.m. Frank Tarr along with James Delgado and James Close committed an armed robbery in the Borough of Brownsville, Fayette County.  During the robbery, the victim received a gunshot wound from one of the suspects.  The three suspects fled the scene after taking $20.00, a black jacket, cell phone, and unknown drugs from the victim.  Both James Delgado and James Close are in custody. 
 
Frank Tarr's last known address was 121 Cherry Avenue, Brownsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.
