The Pennsylvania State Police, Fugitive Apprehension Unit, continue their search for Charles Lewis Walton, Jr.
 
Walton, has been charged by the East Lampeter Township Police Department, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, with Rape and various other offenses that occurred during the year of 2003; involving a 12 year old female family member.
 
Walton's last known address was East Main Street, Leola, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  He is known to frequent the Altoona area of Blair County, Pennsylvania and is reported to have relatives in South Carolina.
