On November 12, 2005, Steven Kachonik left his residence to go archery hunting in the woods near his house. Mr. Kachonik failed to return home after dark at which time a search began. Mr. Kachonik was found in the early morning hours the next day laying on the ground below his tree stand. Through investigation, it is believed this incident was a case of Criminal Homicide.
