 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00LEADING TO AN ARREST IN THIS INCIDENT.
The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop G, Hollidaysburg continue their search for the person or persons responsible for the theft of copper cable from a construction site.
 
Sometime between Friday, June 2 and Monday, June 5, 2006, a theft of numerous spools of aluminum covered copper cable were taken from a construction site along June Drive, Taylor Township, Blair County, Pennsylvania.  The large wooden spools weighed between 100 - 150 pounds each and contained apx. 1000 feet of cable.  The theft occurred while the construction site was unmanned.  The person(s) responsible for this would have needed to spend a significant amount of time at the site and would have had to utilize a vehicle for removal of the spools.
 
The cable was valued at apx $800.00 - $1000.
