 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF TYRONE DRAINE. 
The Scranton Police Department continue their search for Tyrone Draine.
 
On Saturday, July 8, 2006, at apx. 1:30 p.m., officers from the Scranton Police Department responded to a shooting at 551 Moosic Street, Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.  Through investigation, officers became aware that Tyrone Draine solicited another individual to shoot the victim.  The individual who shot the victim was taken into police custody, arrested and is currently incarcerated.  Tyrone Draine fled the area after the shooting incident.  Tyrone Draine is also wanted by New York City, Division of Parole.
 
Mr. Draine's last known address was 101 Prospect Avenue, Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.  Mr. Draine is also known to frequent the Wilkes Barre area, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
 
Mr. Draine was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and dark shorts.
