 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF JOHN WAYNE CESSNA.
The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop C, Clarion continue their search for John Wayne Cessna.
 
John Cessna has been charged with indecent contact and threatening of a minor male child at his Clarion County residence.  Mr. Cessna has not responded to requests for contact by police or the Allegheny and Clarion County Probation Officers. 
 
Mr. Cessna has been seen in and around the Clarion area and it is believed that he is being aided by family and/or friends in avoiding law enforcement.  It is also believed that Mr. Cessna may have changed his appearance in attempts to avoid identification. 
 
The last known address for Mr. Cessna was 112 Perrysville Avenue, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.  He is known to frequent the Clarion, Allegheny, and Jefferson County areas of Pennsylvania.
