Warrant Charges: 8 counts - Sexual Abuse of a Child
– 3rd degree Felony – Warrant signed by DJ W. Scott Case Synopsis: The PA State Police at Reading have obtained a warrant for Richard Balsavage on charges of Sexual Abuse of a Child. The subject was found to be in possession of several photographs depicting a 2 year old male in sexually explicit positions. The warrant was filed by PA State Police and was signed on March 30, 2004 by DJ Walley Scott (sitting for DJ Mest). PSP is asking for any information that will lead them to this subject.
