- W/F, 5'5" tall, 200 lbs., red hair, hazel eyes, fair complexion
- small tattoo of a "heart" on right cheek just below right eye

Endangering the Welfare of Children
Warrant issued by D.J. Timothy Dougherty on July 11, 2003.
Berks County District Attorney will extradite, no restrictions.
On February 11, 2003, the above subject added approximately two cups of
common table salt to the can of powdered baby formula used to feed her five
week-old grand-daughter, Megan E. Long. The salt tainted formula was fed to
the baby later that day. On February 12, 2003, the baby was taken to the
Reading Hospital and Medical Center by the parents, and thereafter transferred
to the Hershey Medical Center. Baby was found to have a high level of sodium
in her blood. Baby died on February 18, 2003 from Acute Brain Herniation due
to Hypernatremia (abnormal level of sodium in the blood).
Suspect has fled the immediate area. There have been possible sightings in
the Allentown and Mt. Joy areas in Pennsylvania. There is also information
that she may have fled to Oklahoma or Arkansas, where she resided in the
past. Suspect has been entered into NCIC as a wanted person. Photo of
