On January 10, 2007, Richard Eugene Tripp presented a personal check for $1,193.20 for a down payment on a vehicle at David Morelli Auto Sales on State Park Road, Penfield, Pennsylvania. The check was returned for "non-sufficient funds". Notice was given to Richard Tripp of the non-sufficient funds.  After Richard Tripp failed to make restitution, a Preliminary Hearing was scheduled for October 2007. Richard Tripp failed to appear at the Hearing and a Bench Warrant was issued for "Failure to Appear".  The last known address for Richard Tripp was 239 Nate Richards Lane, Saint Albens, Maine.
