The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop G, Philipsburg Station, continue their search for Jacob Allen Ramsey.

On December 21, 2007 at apx., 12:50 p.m., Jacob Ramsey was being transported from a court appearance in Tyrone, Blair County, Pennsylvania to George Junior Republic treatment facility in Grove City, Mercer County, Pennsylvania where he was placed as part of a court order. Jacob Ramsey escaped from custody on North Front Street, Philipsburg Borough, Centre County, Pennsylvania. He fled on foot and has not yet been apprehended.

Jacob Ramsey's last known address was 1310 Blair Avenue, Tyrone, Blair County, Pennsylvania. It is believed he may have returned to this area.

Jacob Ramsey was last seen wearing a light blue long sleeve dress shirt, dark dress pants and dark colored shoes.
