The body was then transported in a 1996 Ford Windstar Van to Spring Mountain Road, Banks Township, Carbon County, Pennsylvania, where both the body and the van were burned. The last known address for Ramon Burgos was 330 R. West Green Street, West Hazleton, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Burgos has also been known to frequent the Brooklyn, New York area. Ramon Burgos may be armed.
