Aggravated Assault - Unknown Suspect
Case # 1632, Fayette Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania
On October 14, 2011, an unknown suspect entered the Swarey Saw Shop located on Billyville Road, Fayette Township. The suspect was in his 50's, White/Male, 6'0", thin build, wearing a black and red woolrich jacket, and a black hat.
Once inside, the unknown suspect assaulted Joseph Swarey with an axe handle several times. Joseph Swarey was able to get away from the unknown suspect, and sought help from a nearby neighbor. The victim sustained multiple injuries as a result of the attack.
