Carolann Fratesi -- Release Date - May 5, 2005 -- The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop N, Fern Ridge, continue to look for Carolann Fratesi. On June 11, 2002, a friend of Ms. Fratesi was involved in a traffic accident, causing damage to the passenger side door of the vehicle. Ms. Fratesi claimed she was in the vehicle at the time of the accident and claimed to have run from the accident to a nearby doctor's office for treatment. The operator of the other vehicle and other witnesses stated there was not a female passenger in the vehicle.

The crimes occurred in the Townships of Union, Rose, and Oliver in Jefferson County. All of the victims were elderly.
